As per MERC TOA first Amendment Regulation 2019 dt. 08/06/2019 (clause-13) energy settlement shall be based on the approved loss in the Intra-State Transmission System which is 3.18% as per Honorable MERC Order 327 of 2019  dt 30.3.2020 (clause no 5.1.2) for 4th Control Period from FY 2020-21 to FY 2024-25  w.e.f. 1st April 2020. The Transmission Tariff approved in this Order shall remain in effect until any subsequent revision.
